Opportunity:

We are looking for casual Domestic Services Assistants who have a keen interest in Aged and Community care to provide domestic services to our clients residing in the Batemans Bay area and surrounds. 

About the Role:

Our services are tailored to support our client’s requiring assistance with 'every day' duties to help them to live as independently as possible. Varied duties may involve:

• Unaccompanied shopping
• Domestic Tasks - general dusting, ironing, vacuuming, mopping, putting a load of washing on & bathroom or kitchen cleaning (domestic assistance can vary between each client)
• General socialisation in the home
• Actively support clients to maintain a safe living environment
• At all times, apply safe work practices when using chemical products & cleaning equipment
• Ensure the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of clients at all times
• Respect for clients property and belongings

How you will be Assessed:

• Registered & reliable vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance
• Current Australian driver's license
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Check that has been completed in the last 3 years (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness or demonstrated experience providing high quality services according to established procedure and standard
• 12 months experience in residential or commercial cleaning
