The Opportunity

We are seeking Casual Domestic Services Assistants with a genuine interest in Aged and Community Care to support clients living in Batemans Bay and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for reliable, caring individuals who enjoy helping others maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

About the Role

You will support clients with everyday domestic and social tasks to help them live independently. Duties may vary between clients and can include:

• Unaccompanied shopping

• Domestic assistance such as:

  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping

  • Bathroom and kitchen cleaning

  • Ironing and laundry

• General socialisation and companionship in the home

• Supporting clients to maintain a safe living environment

• Using cleaning products and equipment in line with safe work practices

• Respecting client privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and personal belongings at all times

How You Will Be Assessed

To be successful, you will have:

• A registered and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance

• A current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Police Check completed within the last 3 years (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness or demonstrated experience delivering high-quality services in line with procedures and standards

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential or commercial cleaning
